Hillard N. Einbinder (“Hilly”) is an attorney with 30+ years experience in the general practice of law with an emphasis on residential real estate closings and family estate planning.
Having represented clients in high and low interest rate environments, and in Seller’s and Buyer’s markets, Hilly has developed a keen sensitivity to the pitfalls in real estate transactions and the ability to provide sound judgment. Although most clients have equity in their homes, he also closes short sale transactions when the value of the property is worth less than the mortgage. He always shares his knowledge and concerns. In every transaction, clients are placed first.
As to estate planning, Hilly’s philosophy is simple: He believes after the loss of a loved one, every estate plan should ensure a seamless transition of a family’s financial resources with minimal, if any, disruption. He believes estate plans should be manageable by family members or trusted friends, without the necessity of professional administration.
